Distribution & Service

A special vehicle like PIONIER also needs special service. CTM has the knowledge, the experience and the capacity to provide this service.

Both at our headquarters in Berlin/Brandenburg and wherever you are.

OUR COMPETENCE FOR ALL PIONIER CLIENTS

  • Construction of a new vehicle at our factory in Bestensee near Berlin
  • Construction of individual modules for all fields of application
  • Online catalogues of the necessary spare parts, in the language spoken by the customer

 

  • Training and qualification of PIONIER drivers in Germany or in the customer's country
  • Service technicians we send from our factory for maintenance and service

WE ARE LOOKING FOR BUSINESS PARTNERS FOR DISTRIBUTION AND SERVICE

We would like to build up a sales network for PIONIER and are looking for interested partners. Do you have experience with truck or construction machinery distribution networks? Are you interested in expanding your sales field with our PIONIER? Please contact us.

As a distribution partner, you should have the necessary experience in rental and sales of trucks or construction machinery. As a service partner, we need you to have the necessary skills and abilities for maintenance and repair. If you meet the requirements in both fields, you can obtain representation in distribution and service.

If agreement is reached, we are available to train your employees directly and intensively on the construction, functionality, and maintenance plans of the PIONIER. The service technicians will be trained in competence and safety issues. The training can take place in Germany or on site and will be renewed every year.
